| Successful candidates are people of high ethical standards and integrity, who possess excellent communication skills. Our Executive Protection Agents and Security Agents are required to pass our physical fitness test, a pre-employment drug test, and a criminal background investigation. Our Uniformed Security Officers are expected to be in shape, presentable, and work toward qualifying for the Security Agent position.
Minimum Requirements
Uniformed Security Officer
- Must possess high school diploma/GED and be 18 years old
- Must be licensed (per state) security guard card, pepper spray/tear gas & baton permits
- Must have CPR (adult, child, infant), First Aid, AED
- Must attend and pass WPG's unarmed training program
- No criminal conviction
- Stable work history
Security Officer
- Prior law enforcement or military experience
- Must possess annual physical fitness test
- Must possess high school diploma
- Must possess all security permits (security guard, baton, firearms, pepper spray/tear gas)
- Must possess CPR (adult, child, infant), First Aid and AED
- Must attend and pass WPG's unarmed and armed training program
Executive Protection Agent
- Prior law enforcement or military experience
- Must have graduated from an executive protection training program (Executive Security International, Executive Protection Institute, POST Dignitary Protection)
- Must pass physical fitness test (yearly)
- Must attend monthly WPG training (non-paid)
- Must have all security permits (security guard card, baton, firearms, pepper spray/tear gas, CCW)
- Must be certified in CPR (adult, child, infant), First Aid and AED
- Must be 21 years old and have high school diploma/GED
