Residential and Estate Security

The World Protection Group offers comprehensive security programs for private residences and estates with 24-hour, 7 day-a-week coverage and response.

Our engagements typically begin with a comprehensive threat and vulnerability analysis.  Based on your security needs, we can provide armed and unarmed executive protection agents, electronic security systems, access control and perimeter tours, barriers, and alarms.  We also review and optimize your security policies and procedures, and provide appropriate security awareness training for your family, staff, and visitors.

Estate Security: Executive Protection Agents

World Protection Group executive protection agents are trained to deter and stop threats, not just alert authorities.  Depending on your needs, our agents can be very visible or less conspicuous.  Most commonly, our personnel are dressed in plain clothes, discreetly blending into your environment.

Our agents benefit from one of the most rigorous and respected executive protection training programs in the field, and must pass rigorous annual training and recertification qualifications.  They are thoroughly screened with intense (and regularly-updated) background checks and psychological assessments, and are skilled in the latest defensive tactics, surveillance detection, and security driving.  They are also trained to respond to medical emergencies and are certified in Emergency First Aid/CPR and the use of defibrillators.

However, our training doesn’t stop there.  World Protection Group executive protection agents are also trained in communication skills, etiquette, and working with other household staff to make them an effective and esteemed “part of the team” at your residence.

While the risks of hiring unqualified security guards or bodyguards for your residence are obvious, it can also be wasteful, inefficient, and even risky to hire the “biggest and baddest” security personnel.  Although combat skills are important for an executive protection agent, using physical force is a last resort and security personnel who are too “hungry for action” can escalate incidents that could otherwise be handled more discretely and professionally.  This could create liability and negative publicity for you.  The World Protection Group has never had a case of one if its agents using inappropriate or excessive force, and we also carry armed liability insurance to shield you from potential risk.

World Protection Group Executive protection agents are also trained to maximize your privacy without compromising security.  They are also covered by a strictly-enforced confidentiality agreement and are part of a company whose culture emphasizes discretion. Providing services for some of the largest companies in the United States and some of the most high profile individuals in the world since 2001, we have never had any confidentiality breaches. In addition, our procedures ensure that agents only have access to the information that they need to protect your residence and the people in it, without unnecessary exposure.  High-quality personal security need not be intrusive.

Electronic Security Systems

Security systems play a vitally important role in residential and estate security and often reduce the number of executive protection agents needed on a detail. However, it is not trivial to choose the right system, configure it appropriately for your needs, and integrate it with security staff, who need to be trained and experienced in its use.

The World Protection Group uses ultra-secure private networks which are crash- and hack-proof and which come integrated with cellular backup systems in case of failure.  They feature color 3D intuitive graphic schematic-designed touch screen panels for ease of use, faster operation and faster response times.  Our executive protection agents can monitor and operate all systems on a tablet device as they investigate an incident or patrol your property, and you, as the property owner, are similarly equipped.  When a sensor is set off, all cameras will automatically focus on the area in question allowing the agent to monitor the movement of the intruder, who is also notified by both an audible and visual alert.
